Description: A delicate Bonarda/Malbec blend with an intense red color. The American medium toasted oak gives Dadá 1 an elegant aroma of VANILLA. This descriptor surprises on the nose, competing, at the same time, with red fruit notes. This is a medium-bodied wine with sweet tannins. Dadá 1 results to be a simple, easy to drink and round wine.

Food Pairing: An ideal partner of grilled meats, pork or lamb. An excellent partner of roasted game meats, such as duck or rabbit. It can also be savored with grilled vegetables, legume dishes and ripe cheese board.
